  2. Design Process: 2.1. Our interior design process involves multiple stages, including initial consultation, concept development, design presentations, revisions, and finalization. 2.2. You agree to actively participate in the design process by providing accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals.

  3. Project Timeline: 3.1. A project timeline will be established based on the scope of work and complexity of the project. 3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline, but unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control may occur. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.

  4. Fees and Payment: 4.1. Our fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project. These fees may include design consultation, concept development, material sourcing, project management, and any other applicable charges. 4.2. A deposit may be required before initiating the design work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as specified in the contract. 4.3. Additional expenses such as furniture purchases, custom orders, third-party contractor fees, and delivery charges may be incurred and will be your responsibility.

  5. Intellectual Property: 5.1. Any design concepts, plans, drawings, specifications, and other materials provided to you during the project remain our intellectual property. 5.2. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs and materials solely for the intended project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  6. Approvals and Permits: 6.1. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals, permits, licenses, or permissions required for the execution of the design project, including but not limited to building permits, zoning approvals, and homeowner association permissions.

  7. Liability and Indemnity: 7.1. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services; however, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the design, construction, or installation of the project. 7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use or reliance on our services, designs, or recommendations.

  8. Termination: 8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice if there is a breach of the terms or if circumstances prevent the successful completion of the project. 8.2. Termination may result in fees or costs associated with work performed up to that point.

  9. Confidentiality: 9.1. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
